Frequently asked questions

My host suspended my account. Can you still help?

Yes — this is common after a hack. We can work with your host's support to get temporary access, clean the site, and get it reinstated.

Will Google remove my site from its blacklist after cleaning?

Once the site is clean, you submit a review request to Google Search Console. Most sites are removed from the blacklist within 24–72 hours of a successful review.

How do I know if my site is hacked?

Common signs: spam links appearing on pages, visitors being redirected to other sites, Google warning visitors, your host sending malware alerts, or a sudden drop in search rankings.

What if it gets hacked again after you clean it?

Our hardening process significantly reduces re-infection risk. If the same infection vector is used to re-hack the site within 7 days of our fix, we re-clean at no charge.
